District
95 students represent a wide range of student abilities and
social and economic backgrounds. Each spring, the district
administers a standardized achievement test to students.
Composite scores on the achievement tests are consistently
well above the national average. In addition, the Illinois
Goal Assessment Program (IGAP) tests are administered at
various grade levels and scores are reported to parents.
Approximately 88 percent of Lake Zurich High School
graduates attend college or other post secondary training
programs. District 95 high school students consistently
score well above the state and national averages on the
American College Testing (ACT) examinations, Scholastic
Aptitude Test (SAT), and other nationally recognized
examinations.
