| Rental of District's Facilities: |
Per Board of Education policy
8:20, school facilities are available to the community
for education, civic, cultural, and other noncommercial
uses consistent with the public interest when such use
does not interfere with the school
program or school-sponsored activities.
- The use of school facilities for
school purposes has precedence over all other uses.
- Persons on school premises must
abide by the District's conduct rules at all times.
- Student and school-related
organizations are granted the use of school
facilities at no cost.
- Other organizations granted use
of facilities shall pay fees and costs.

Steps for Renting a
District Facility |
|
- Go to the desired school's office and fill out an application.
- The building principal will either approve or deny your
application based on space available.
- Each school is responsible for scheduling their own events.
The District office invoices and schedules the Annex Building only.
- The District office will then price out the rental. An
estimated cost will be sent to you.
- The District office bills monthly after the event has taken
place.
- The District has a
policy of Net-30 on all invoices.
