The fifth grade classes began the year with a perspective watercolor of Isaac Fox School.  Photographs, drawings, and a perimeter template were used to help in the success of the drawing.  We then moved on to clay masks after viewing masks in history and watching a video on clay construction. The masks were decorated using a variety of colorful media to enhance the piece and to celebrate their own creativity. Our most recent project was transforming scraps of wood into extraordinary pieces of sculpture.
