Bear Facts is the school’s monthly newspaper and all students are welcome to submit letters to the editor, write articles, draw editorial cartoons, or voice opinions. Our goal is to fairly represent all activities and events taking place in the school. Students do not need to be enrolled in the journalism program to submit articles, although taking a class is helpful for clear, journalistic writing. Writers need to attend all staff meetings and must work closely with student editors. All students are encouraged to suggest topics for news articles and/or opinion columns regardless of participation in writing.
