Course Outline:  This course is an accelerated course in Algebra II for the student with greater aptitude and interest in math.  Topics of Algebra II are studied in much greater depth and intensity using a variety of mathematical methods.  Further development of critical thinking skills is stressed. This course prepares the student for Pre-Calculus.  Students must maintain a "C" or better average in order to remain in the honors program.

Grading Scale:  Grades for this course will be determined by the percentage of total points you accumulated throughout the semester divided by the total number of points possible.  It is in the students' best interest to keep up to date on the material and their grades.  Homework points do add up fast!!!
