Lake Zurich Wind Ensemble is part of a consortium of schools commisioning a new piece of music from Wataru Hokoyama. The piece will be completed in December of 2009 and should be performed at our March Concert.

In Fact, One of the pieces were premiered in the US by the LZHS Wind Ensemble last year and is available on the Wind Ensemble's CD TURNING! |

The Lake Zurich Wind Ensemble was recently
featured on WFMT 98.7 The classical music station in Chicago. The
broadcast also has recordings from the Concert Choir. The Wind Ensemble
can be heard performing the 3rd Movement of Owen Reed's "La Fiesta
