Thank you for taking the time to provide information to the Student Assistance Team.
Your input has been utilized to determine how we can best offer support or resources
to this student.  The current status of this student is as indicated:

        The results are inconclusive at this time.  We will continue to monitor
             this student.  Please see the case manager with any further information
            and observations.

        Your initial observations and concerns initiated an apporpriate referral.

        A recommendation has been made to this student and the family for
             assistance with this situation.
 

Please notify us if the student continues to experience problems of if the situation
improves.  The act of getting help for a troubled student is a process rather than an event.
