A-English LP:

This course is designed for the student whose reading and writing skills are significantly below grade level. Students progress at their own level and pace. Emphasis is placed on reading; writing; spelling; grammar; and specific skill areas (i.e., finding the main idea, locating information, reading for details, distinguishing fact and opinion, comparing/contrasting, making inferences, etc.). Group lessons are also conducted as appropriate. This course is open to all grade levels. Students may repeat this course as often as necessary. This is a year-long course.
