Character Education

The faculty and staff at MSN regard the social-emotional development of our students as a critical part of their overall progress.  Students' kindness toward others, their contributions to making the school a better place, and their overall efforts to be the best person they can are recognized in a variety of ways.

Student Discipline

MSN utilizes a philosophy of progressive discipline for student behavior management - an approach that regards disciplinary situations as educational opportunities for adolescents.  In a manner that is consistent with the District's Code of Conduct, consequences match as closely as possible to an infraction, and they increase in severity for a reoccurrence of the similar behavior.
