The Athletic Director and Assistant Athletic Director work collaboratively to create a quality atmosphere for all student athletes and coaches.  Together, we will always put the student first and the athlete second. 

The entire Athletic Department believes in five core values that together were created to gather a better understanding of what we desire to be the driving force of the athletic teams and their participants.  Those core values are the following:

• Pride
  • Have pride in yourself, the team and the program. Have pride in everything you do both in and out of competition. Our athletes should have pride in their accomplishments, regardless of the outcome.
• Academics
  • Academics take precedence over athletics. Our athletes are expected to be scholars as well, and must achieve academic success as well as athletic success.
• Teamwork
  • Learning to work as a team is a vital part of life, as well as sports. We want our players to know how to successfully be part of a team and know how to contribute to a team effort.
• Risk Taking
  • Excellence is achieved when we work up to and past our comfort level. Learning new skills and trying new experiences are important for athletes to grow and develop their skills.
• Sportsmanship
  • At all times, our athletes are expected to show good sportsmanship.
