You’re going Back In Time!

What time period in American history interests you the most? Are you fascinated with the 1970s?  Do the Roaring 20s spark your interest? In this class, we will be studying the newspaper for 10 weeks.  During those10 weeks, you will become an investigative reporter of the time period of your choice. The following project encompasses everything you will be learning during the newspaper unit and will be your final test grade for the unit.  Through this webquest, you will learn, not only, about the history of our nation, but also create your own newspaper based on the time period of your choice.  You will research major historical, sporting, entertainment, and educational events from library resources and websites. Just imagine how exciting it will be to rewrite history!

This website is just a basic overview of the unit.  You will get everything you need from Mrs. Mutolo in class!
