Resource Guidelines
Weekly sheet -
Every Friday the weekly sheet (yellow) are sent home with your student. It is the responsibility of the student to return the weekly sheet each Monday back to Ms. Walger. The 6th grade teachers will fill in what they have seen that week in class, missing work and any additional comments they feel are necessary to keep you informed. We use this as our weekly communication home so please write any comments or questions back. Please write back on the yellow sheet with any questions or concerns you may have and we will address them. Of course, if you prefer, you can always call or email me directly as well as any of the other teachers. Thank you for your support!
Resource Period -
During class we will:
Reviewing what happened yesterday in their classes
Review what is going to happen today in classes
Double check how the binder is organized and if the assignment notebook is being used correctly
Have time to double check homework from the previous night with me
Can go and talk with other teachers to double check or ask any questions
Review for tests, make study guides
Will receive any additional services during this period (social worker, speech, or OT)
Finish or start a test
It will also be a time the student can just sit and get ready for the day and feel prepared
