ELL 1, 6^th grade, Course Syllabus

 Students will working primarily on language arts activities. 

We will also utilize our textbook, Prentice Hall Literature, where we will read poetry, short stories, and plays.

We will read novels, primarily in the second semester.  These novels will include Maniac Magee, and others to be determined as the year progresses.  We will listen to novels on tape, we will read both independently and aloud.
