6th Grade:

Currently students are in the Track & Cross Country Unit.    Students will be given the opportunity to participate in many track & field events and compete in a meet against Ms. Drake's classes.  Students will be given the opportunity to choose what events they would like to participate in. 

7th Grade:

Currently students are in the Lacrosse unit where they learn the basic skills and rules of playing  the game.

Lacrosse is gaining popularity.  It can be thought of as a cross between hockey and soccer. 

8th Grade:

Currently students are in their second elective.  My students either have flag football or lacrosse.   We begin with a  review and practice of skills learned in 7th grade and then focus on game play, strategies and team work.
