- New Student Information - This packet is for students that are new to the district. If
you are just moving into Lake Zurich please download, complete and return to the school office. You will also need to make an appointment to take a Math
Placement Test. Please contact the office for details, and be aware that our summer hours are different than regular hours. Summer hours will be posted
on the main page after June 7.
- 2008-09 Student Registration Packet -
This packet is for all students to register for the 2007-08 school year
- 6th Grade Dental Form - This
form is required for all 6th graders entering MSN.
