I chose Necker Island as my vacation spot because it looked relaxing and peaceful. It is part of Virgin Gorda and the British Virgin Islands. If you want to stay in Necker Island, you can rent the whole entire Island, which I will be doing. I will be staying at Necker Island from May 5-May 13th, and will be bringing my whole family and some friends adding up to 25 people. I chose to stay in Necker Island on those dates because May 7th is my birthday! Hopefully, I will have the time of the century.

Necker Island was founded by Sir Richard. He fell in love with the view and wildlife of the island and bought it in 1978. It took three years and $10 million to make it a private retreat. The experience includes two private beaches, private pools, tennis courts, breathtaking views, a personal chef, and a variety of water sports. A lot of famous people have stayed on Necker Island including Princess Diana, Janet Jackson, Harrison Ford, Mariah Carey, Eddie Murphy, and Oprah Winfrey. The island is available for weddings, relaxation breaks, sports vacations and even complete rentals.
