Swiss Alps

Switzerland has been known for its tall mountains, chocolate, excessively rich people, high priced casinos and banks. I have chosen to go to Geneva, Switzerland, a lakeside city. This city at the very south-western most area of Switzerland. My arrival date is May 28th in which I will check into the Presidential Suite in the Hotel President Wilson. Late May is said to be the best time to go there because the little chance of precipitation, quite the opposite of the U.S.

The reason I chose Switzerland is because the lavish outdoors, and Switzerland is one of the few European Countries that speaks English as a second language. There are also very interesting things and dates that all originated in Switzerland. With the little chance of rain, it is actually one of the clearest skies on Earth.

It is the warmest in Southern Switzerland in the early summer.

The 78th Geneva International Motor show begins June 1st.

It is the most expensive during that period.

June 2nd, in Zurich, is an art festival.

June 3rd, Switzerland celebrates the death of Pope John XXIII, which is one of the most important things in Switzerland.
