Learn how the drug culture is impacting the Lake Zurich community and our children who live here. Attend the Community Forum sponsored by the Lake Zurich Police Department, at the HS Auditorium on Tuesday February 9, 2010. See this flyer for more information.
Parent University is being held on Saturday, February 27th, 2010 at MSN / SL.  The 16th Annual Parent University Brochure has complete details. Two sessions this year pertain to  middle school / high school aged children and have not been discussed at Parent University in the past.  Both Alcohol and Drug Awareness and The Changing Moods of Adolescence are topics the organizers felt needed to be available to parents to hear more about.  Another session for middle school / high school aged children is on “teen depression”.  Two other topics that the organizers are having speakers talk about are IEP’s and Executive Functioning. This is just the tip of the iceberg.  Open and save the Parent University Brochure for all the sessions, times and low, low cost!
