South Soccer 

Boy's soccer starts in September and ends in November. About 18 people make the team. If you make the team there will be a cost to join, it will vary depending on the year. Practice starts after school at 2:30 till 4:00. During tryouts you will be tested on your soccer skills, like dribbling, passing, shooting, corner kicks, and playing defense. On the last day of tryouts you will have a scrimmage to determine who will make the team. Tryouts are two days long, cuts will be on the last day. Please contact Mr. Grimm (the head coach) if you are interested in trying out. For the date of games and the date of tryouts please check out the soccer calendar.  

Who can join and how?

Anyone can tryout for the team. There is only one team that includes 6th, 7th, and 8th grade. All you need to do is contact Mr. Grimm and tell you would like to tryout for the team. You also need to have a physical on file before you tryout.

• Practice uniform (like gym shorts and a tee shirt)
