How To Play:
Passing- Bend your knees into a squat position, straighten your
arms, cup your hands. Don't swing your arms to bump the ball. Extend
your knees up to hit the ball.
Set- Bring your arms up over your head and spread your fingers
out. As the ball comes down hit the volleyball back up into the air
using your fingertips.
Spiking- You should jump up and swing down on the ball. Make
sure to flick your wrist to hit the ball downwards.
Serving- To overhand serve first, you toss the ball into the air
and as it hits it's peak, swing your arm forward almost like your
are spiking. You would like a little ark on the ball to get the ball
over the net. To underhand serve, you should hold the volleyball in
your hand and swing your arm forward hitting the ball just above
your waist. Underhand serves will be easier to get the ball over,
but it will also be easier for the opposing team to return the ball.
