Occupational Therapist

Focuses on: Self care and personal needs, manipulation of age appropriate school related materials, written communication skills, postural development, play, social, emotional and self-management, sensory processing and providing alternatives so that the student-environment fit is better.

Physical Therapist

Focuses on: Mobility and transitional skills to enhance safe, efficient and functional movement, positions and adaptive equipment which provide better stability and body alignment to enhance the student's participation.

Adapted PE teacher

Adapts or changes the curriculum, alters the equipment or game rules, applies knowledge of what activities are appropriate for different mental and physical skill levels.
