Tales from the Front Office

Our  Front Office page is almost as busy as the secretaries that take of the non-virtual Front Office. You may already be aware that our South Campus web site is full of useful stuff like a monthly lunch menu, a look at the calendar of events for the current or upcoming month, and even an early edition of the daily announcements. We are expanding these offerings to include:

Well, that's it in a nutshell. Stick around, check us out, and let us know what you think. Please, email the webmaster with any comments or suggestions. And by the way, Front Office hours are 7:15 a.m. - 3:45 p.m.

TOP TEN answers given by the secretaries

1. "Please put your student's name and grade on all things dropped off in the office."
2. "Lunch ticket prices are:
  • 20 day lunch ticket -
  • 5 day lunch ticket -
and checks should be made payable to: CUSD #95."
3. "Students are not called to the office between classes."
4. "Yes, the daily announcements are read at the beginning of the school day. Additional announcements are read at the end of the day."
5. "Items left in the office for students (see also #1) are delivered during lunch hours. In some instances, the item(s) may not reach the child until the end of the day."
6. "Homework is issued after two full days of absence. On the 2nd day, upon calling your child in absent, that is the time to request homework if you would like it."
7. "Check the lost and found on the table at the north end of the dining emporium (cafe)."
8. "Gym suits come in all of the following parts and colors:

  • Shorts - $11 each

New students are required to purchase a pair of shorts and both a blue and grey shirt.

10. "Yes, ma'am, and you have a nice day too!"
