Perfectionism: What's Bad About Being Too Good? Revised Edition, by Miriam Adderholdt-Elliot, 1999, Free Spirit Press. This is written for young people but is excellent for adults as well. It is a great discussion of the disguises and pitfalls of perfectionism and includes numerous suggestions on dealing with this issue.
