(LAKE
ZURICH, IL)—Yesterday, December 19, the
administration of Community Unit School District 95
learned that Lake Zurich High School teacher Wayne
Kuklinski had been arrested away from school
property on charges related to the possession of
pornography on his home computer. Prior to his
arrest, Mr. Kuklinski had served as a teacher of
physical education/health and driver’s education. He
has worked at Lake Zurich High School for more than
30 years.
“The
charges filed against Mr. Kuklinski are a serious
matter and will be handled by our criminal justice
system,” said Superintendent Dr. Brian Knutson.
“While we will continue to fully cooperate with law
enforcement authorities in their investigation of
this matter, our focus has always been and will
continue to be the safety and wellbeing of our
students.”
