(Lake
Zurich, IL)— Jonathan Hitcho, Assistant
Superintendent of Business & Operations for
Community Unit School District 95, has accepted a
new leadership challenge with the Addison Elementary
School District (AESD) 4 in Addison, IL, as
Assistant Superintendent for Business. He was

Hitcho has fond memories of his work in District 95,
yet he is excited about the challenges and
opportunities he will find in Addison School
District 4.
“Lake
Zurich has been very good to me,” said Hitcho. “This
district is like my second family. I started my
career here from the private sector, met my wife and
started a family. I believe District 95 is in better
condition now than when I began, and that is what I
plan to accomplish in my new venture. I am proud of
my time here. Working with my fellow administrators
and the staff of the school district, we have truly
improved the learning opportunities for children.”
Hitcho has worked in CUSD 95 since July of 2000,
starting first as an intern and Assistant Business
Office Manager, then Executive Director of Business
Operations before being promoted to his current
position of Assistant Superintendent of Business &
Operations.

200,000 square feet at the High School.

district to new financial and human resource
software.

implemented facility and financial plans.

“Jon
Hitcho has worked tirelessly over the last seven
years,” Said Superintendent Dr. Brian Knutson.
“Through significant challenges and opportunities he
has always focused on what is best for District 95
and its students. Under his leadership, the
district now has new and renovated schools, new
school boundaries, and better budget management and
forecasting tools. He has worked hard for us and I
know that he will bring that same expertise and work
ethic to Addison.”
Hitcho holds a Master’s degree in School Business
Management, a Chief School Business Official
