Welcome to the Virtual Backpack of Lake Zurich Community Unit School District 95, formerly called SIGN. SIGN was created in August 2006 as a way for our community partners to reach our parents and students with important information in a way designed to reduce the amount of paper flyers and other handouts that are sent home with students. As of January 2010, School Distict 95 has made the commitment to go "green" as an example of environmental stewardship to our families and communities. This Virtual Backpack web site will now be the "go to" place for community information, and hard copies of flyers will no longer be sent home in student backpacks.
