Traveling with Third

We will be working with place value in whole numbers and decimals, expanding our knowledge from thousands to millions. In the other direction we will be using base-10 blocks for a better understanding of numbers through thousandths. Ability to read and write all three different notations (0.001, one-thousandth, and 1/1000) is expected as we will be comparing and ordering numbers using the less-than (<), greater than (>) and equal (=) symbols.
