Dear Lake Zurich High School Parents,

 This letter is to invite you to participate in this year’s Parent Teacher Conferences.  New this year, due to parent and teacher requests, we have added an additional day to the fall conference schedule.  We realize that the children of one family may be enrolled at several different schools in the district dependent on their grade level.

Conferences are scheduled for Wednesday, November 12 from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m., Thursday, November 20 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. and Tuesday, November 25 from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.  Parent Teacher Conferences are unique because they provide a specific period of time when conversations about student progress take place.  However, if you are unable to participate in this scheduled conference time, we encourage you to make appointments with teachers directly at their voice mail extensions or contacting the main office at 847-438-5155 at any time during the school day. 

The PT Conference Maker has been designed to be as easy-to-use as possible and requires little to no experience using the Internet.  Online registration will begin at 7:00 A.M. on October 27 and will end at 5:00 P.M. on November 3.

Registration can take place on any Internet accessible computer.  Please refer to the Registration Worksheet included on the back side of this letter, which contains all the information you will need to register for your conferences online.  Although the registration process is quite simple, we have enclosed a brochure with an overview of how to use the system.  Step by step instructions are available on the high school website.  Also included is a list of teachers and their voice mail numbers, email addresses and room numbers. 

We hope that this automated system will make the process of scheduling conferences easier and more convenient for you.  We are looking forward to meeting with you on November 12, 4:00 – 7:00 p.m., November 20, 4:00-7:00 p.m. or November 25, 1:30 – 3:30 p.m.
