Curricular Goal: To familiarize the students with different Spanish speaking countries.
Introduction
Felicidades!! You have won a trip to a Spanish speaking country. Be prepared for the time
of your life as you spend 7 days and 6 nights in a beautiful foreign country. You will
have the opportunity to learn about a new culture and have fun at the same time. Are you
ready?

Task
Since you have been awarded this wonderful trip you have to complete a task before you can
leave. In preparation for this voyage you will have to do some research on the country you
will be visiting. You will have the opportunity to create a brochure on the country you
will be visiting. This informational brochure will provide guidance for you on your trip.

Process
In order to create your brochure, you will have to visit various web sites to uncover the
information that you will need. As you gather the information think about the format that
you wish to use to create this brochure. You will then type and illustrate your brochure.
When the final product is complete you will print it and turn it in for evaluation. Your
evaluation will determine if you are ready for the trip.

given extra credit. (These should be labeled and in complete sentences):
