Introduction
Congratulations!  You have been chosen to receive a free, all expense paid trip to Germany. You will have 7 days and 6 nights to experience any three cities!

Task
Your first task is to book a flight to Germany.  Once there you will visit two major cities of your choice.  You will also need to book your hotel in each city and your transportation for each by rail.  You will also be given $250 for spending money.  You will need to exchange this for Deutschmarks. Don't forget , that your trip must consist of seven (7) days and six

Process
Step 1: Book your flight with Lufthansa from Chicago O'hare Airport to Frankfurt International Airport.
Step 2: Choose two cities to visit.
Step 3: Make reservations in a hotel for your stay in each of the cities.
Step 4: Book your rail transportation between the cities and the airports.
Step 5: Exchange your American currency for Deutschmarks.
Step 6: Make a map which will highlight the route taken.

Conclusions
By the end of this adventure you will be become better acquainted and gain a better general knowledge of the Germany.  This will be accomplished through your own research and through the presentations of others.  You will gain a better understanding of the geographical locations of the cities through your initial surveys.  You will discover more about the way these people live  through your explorations into their cities and towns, modes of transportation, and money. You will gain a better understanding of who these people are through your investigations into their customs, traditions and holidays.  Most of all, however, you'll know where you want to go on your next vacation!

Evaluation
You will be evaluated according to the following criteria:

  1. Your successful completion of the map planing the route
  2. Your trip itinerary, including up to two locations.
  3. Your presentation of the your trip.
