This high-octane and revelatory dramedy tells the story of Agnes Evans as she leaves her childhood home in Ohio following the death of her teenage sister, Tilly. When Agnes finds Tilly’s Dungeons and Dragons notebook, she delves into an imaginary world of her sister’s subconscious, which subsequently serves to reveal Tilly’s angsts and hopes. As Agnes becomes obsessed with the D&D game, she is taken on an amazing journey of discovery and action-packed adventure, where she ultimately learns about her sister and herself.
Written by the acclaimed young playwright, Qui Nguyen, this invigorating, comedic play is laden with homicidal fairies, nasty ogres, 90s pop culture – and a 5-headed dragon!  This fantastical story also carries important messages that prove relevant today more than ever -- messages of anti-bullying, tolerance and sisterhood.
Don’t miss this exhilarating homage to the geek and warrior within us all!
