Attendance Area Exception Form

Parents may request a one-year exception to their attendance area boundaries by completing and submitting this form prior to April 15th of the current school year. Requests will be considered in a timely manner and parents notified prior to the first day of school for the following year.

Approval of the exception is based on:

  • Classroom space must be available at the school and grade level requested, and
  • Parents must agree to provide transportation daily to and from school

If granted, the exception will be good for one year only. Parents/guardians will be notified in writing of the Superintendent's decision.Please submit a separate form for each child.

The district does not provide transportation for attendance exceptions except as noted in District Procedure 7:30AP1.​​​​
