Attendance Area Exception Form

Parents may request a one-year exception to their attendance area boundaries by completing and submitting this form prior to April 15th of the current school year. Requests will be considered in a timely manner and parents notified prior to the first day of school for the following year.

Approval of the exception is based on:

Classroom space must be available at the school and grade level requested, and
Parents must agree to provide transportation daily to and from school

If granted, the exception will be good for one year only. Parents/guardians will be notified in writing of the Superintendent's decision.Please submit a separate form for each child.
