Under the Illinois Freedom of Information Act, 5 ILCS 140/1, a request for inspection and/or copies of public records of Lake Zurich CUSD 95 must be in writing and may be submitted by personal delivery, mail, fax, or emailed to the District 95 Administration Center, 832 S. Rand Road, Lake Zurich, IL 60047. Please direct all requests to the Freedom of Information (FOIA) officers.
